2. Account Registration

Realtors and users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Best Seller Homes reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, inactivity, or violation of these terms.

3. Operational SMS Notifications

By providing your mobile number during registration and selecting the SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive transactional and operational SMS notifications related to:

• Lead assignments

• Reminder alerts

• Account activity

• System notifications

Message frequency varies based on activity. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact support@bestsellerhomes.com.

Best Seller Homes does not send marketing or promotional SMS messages without separate explicit consent.

4. Lead Assignment & Reassignment Policy

Leads assigned through the CRM platform require timely engagement. If a lead is not contacted within the designated response window (currently 2 hours unless otherwise updated), the system may automatically reassign the lead to another qualified realtor.

Best Seller Homes reserves the right to manage and redistribute leads in order to maintain service standards.

5. Platform Usage

Users agree to use the CRM and related tools for legitimate business purposes only. Unauthorized access, misuse of data, or interference with system operations is strictly prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, systems, and technology associated with Best Seller Homes remain the property of Best Seller Homes and may not be copied or redistributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Best Seller Homes provides the platform “as is” and makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service. The company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Modifications

Best Seller Homes reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
